San Francisco passed a new law last month that requires all retailers
to display the amount of radiation a cellphone emits. Predictably,
that law is now coming under fire from CTIA, the wireless industry
group. CTIA has filed a lawsuit to block enforcement of the ordinance.

Ringtones
Individualized ringtones help you identify your phone in a crowd. Ever
grabbed for your phone when it was someone else's that was ringing? Now
you can have a unique sound that only you have.
You can customize the way your phone rings, from a popular songs to a
classical hit. Find a ringtones that you like. Don't be stuck with the
standard ring sounds that come with your phone. Everybody has those! Stand
out with your favorite song or band you love. When your cellular phone
rings, you'll know it's yours.
Graphics
You can also customize your cell phone with unique graphics, such as
TV show themes and lots more. As soon as the graphic is downloaded to
your cell phone, you can view the graphic in your Caller Groups.
You may have a different graphic for each of caller group in you phone's
address book. In addition to that, depending on your service provider,
you may be able to override their operator logo and use a graphic as your
main screensaver.
An operator logo is constantly displayed while the phone is on. An example
of an operator logo would be the Cingular logo that appears on your phone's
screen. A group graphic is associated with a group of callers and is flashed
only when a member of that caller group calls.
